Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF I.T EQUIPMENTS FOR THE USE OF CITY ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT

1. The City Government of Malabon, through the GENERAL FUND - TRUST LIABILITIES (OBO FUND) intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED EIGTHY EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY SIX AND 50/100 pesos only (P 2,988,466.50), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF I.T EQUIPMENTS FOR THE USE OF CITY ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Malabon now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for PROCUREMENT OF I.T EQUIPMENTS FOR THE USE OF CITY ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT. Delivery of goods is required within the period specified under Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
