“Procurement of IT Equipment for the Vice Mayor-s Office and the Sangguniang Bayan Office”

1. The Municipality of Badoc, through the Continuing Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Pesos Only (549,200.00) the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of IT Equipment for the Vice Mayor-s Office and the Sangguniang Bayan Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Badoc now invites bids for Procurement of IT Equipment for the Vice Mayor-s Office and the Sangguniang Bayan Office using the open competitive bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
