PROCUREMENT OF IT EQUIPMENT FOR RHU-4 LAMITAN CITY WEST
The City Government of Lamitan, through the Office of the City Health under KONSULTA TRUST FUND CA# 4502-0027-03 intends to apply the sum of PHILIPPINE PESO: TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS. (Php250,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF IT EQUIPMENT FOR RHU-4 LAMITAN CITY WEST. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The City Government of Lamitan through the Office of the City Health under KONSULTA TRUST FUND CA# 4502-0027-03 intends to apply the following ABC per item to payments under the Contract or each item, to wit:
