INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF I.T EQUIPMENT (ACCOUNTING/MHO/TOURISM)

1. The Municipality of Boljoon, through the ACCOUNTING (Accounting-Capital Outlay-ICT Equipment & Accounting- Other MOOE); MHO (MHO- Capital Outlay); TOURISM(SPA-1011-IT Equipment); intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Nine Thousand Pesos Only ( P 409,000. 00 ) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF I.T EQUIPMENT (ACCOUNTING/MHO/TOURISM). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Boljoon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 calendar days after the issuance of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 30 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
