Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ISOTOPE-RATIO MASS SPECTROMETER WITH ROOM ENCLOSURE

1. The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Forty-Nine Million Four Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (P 49,460,000.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF ISOTOPE-RATIO MASS SPECTROMETER WITH ROOM ENCLOSURE with Bid Reference No. 2025-19. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the goods is required within six (6) months upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last three years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
