Description : The Environmental Management Bureau-10 through the approved National Expenditure Program (NEP) for FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (Php 4,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PR No. 2025-11-352 Procurement of Isokinetic Stack Sampling Equipment/Train for EMB-10. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

1) The Environmental Management Bureau-10 now invites bids PR No. 2025-11-352 Procurement Of Isokinetic Stack Sampling Equipment/Train for EMB-10 using the Annual Procurement Plan FY 2026. Delivery of the Goods is required within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
