Activity:
1. Conduct GAP/ Mock audit, 5S check: A. check legal and regulatory requirements like SO, PCO, DPO, managing head: B. Evaluate ISO checklist and re-awareness for ISO champs and other people combined ISO9001:2015
2. Review and discuss the updated procedures aligned to internal requirements and other legal regulations
3. Review and revision of quality manual and procedures
4. Verify action taken to address the audit findings and past internal audit results applying CAR with appropriate root cause analysis
5r. Present and discuss the results of PCR 20-23 and how considered in the MR and include PCRs 2023. Recheck DCPRs 2024 aligned considering the revised RORs
