Description : PURPOSE: Additional internet line for PCW guests

Network
Shall have a minimum of five (5) year experience in Internet network platform.
The network shall have full redundancy in the physical level, i.e. core switches and multiple gateway border routers for guaranteed QoS (Quality of Service)
Shall have at least 5 Tbps of International IP Port Capacity
Shall have at least 20 Tbps of Design Capacity
Shall have at least 15 Unique Global Internet upstream partners for IPV4 Shall IPV6 Ready Network
Shall have Diverse Internet peer connections in Asia - Singapore, HongKong, Taiwan, Japan and US
Shall have at least 5 Multiple International Internet Gateways
Peered to at least 2 International Exchange points (IXPs): AMIX, ANY2, EQUINIX IX or JPNAP
Peered to at least 3 Local Exchange points (IXPs): PHOPENIX, VIX, GIX, or PHIX
Diverse and Distributed cables routes using trans-Asia and trans-Pacific submarine cable systems; with redundancy
