The subscribed bandwidth must be 300 Mbps
The service must support burst speeds exceeding the subscribed rate, ranging from 300 Mbps to 1 Gbps, delivered via business-grade fiber connectivity.

1.2. Minimum Guaranteed Speed and Reliability
The internet connection must consistently deliver at least 90% of the subscribed speed.
The service must maintain a minimum uptime of 90%, even in the absence of a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA).

1.3. Unlimited Access and Fair Usage
The service must offer unlimited broadband access, with no data capping, speed throttling, or bandwidth limitations.

1.4. Last-Mile Connectivity and Fiber Delivery
The connection must utilize FTTx (Fiber to the x) technology, or an equivalent fiber optic system, ensuring that fiber reaches the client premises/building.
This ensures faster speeds, higher bandwidth, and more reliable connectivity compared to legacy copper/coaxial lines.
