2. End-to-end fiber optic cable installation (Pulling of Fiber Optics). Note: If the supplier has existing fiber optic lines within the PMMA vicinity that have experienced packet loss since the previous contract, new fiber optic cables must be installed and the old ones dismantled.
3. Traffic Monitoring (Multi Router Traffic Grapher)
4. Installation and activation of the services
5. 24/7 Customer Service & Technical Support
6. Rebate during downtime
7. Must not be the same provider with primary ISP
8. Delivery date: Last working day of 2025
9. Must submit a Service Level Agreement (SLA).
