Description : PROCUREMENT OF INTERNET CONNECTION SERVICES FOR VETERANS FEDERATION OF THE PHILIPPINES

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
1.0 At least 500mbps Direct Internet Connection (fiber connection) Parameters Evaluation: Setup a Dedicated Direct Internet Connection at VFP at least 500Mbps Committed Information Rate (CIR) full bandwidth.
1.1 Provide, Install and Configure ISP network device (router/switch/CPE) for the 500Mbps or more direct Internet connection.
1.2 Provide, Install and Configure ISP backup network device in case of breakdown (standby).
1.3 Assign Public Internet Protocol (IP) Addresses to VFP of at least 15 usable Public IP Addresses within the same subnet.
1.4 Provide Domain Name Server (DNS) reverse lookup for entries with the assigned classless network. Reliable DNS reverse-look up.
1.5 Provide reliable Forwarding and Secondary DNS.
1.6 Availability and Quality of Connection not less than 99.5% link uptime in a month.
