Description : TECHINICAL SPECIFICATIONS

I. Project Title: Procurement of services of a tour operator / travel agent for the
international airline tickets relative to the conduct of IFTM Top Resa 2025 in Paris, France
on 20-28 September 2025.

II. Background: The Department of Tourism (DOT) is in need of the services of a DOT-accredited, Metro Manila based tour operator or travel agent (preferably IATA member) engaged in the business of providing international airline tickets relative to the official travel of officers from the Administration and Finance to participate in the IFTM Top Resa 2025.

III. Objectives: The following are the Department-s objectives for participating in the event:
• To increase awareness of the Philippines as a top-of-mind sustainable and culturally-immersive destination in the French market, by highlighting the Philippine Experience Program (PEP) tours, along with the country-s nature-and culture-based tourism offerings;
