II. BACKGROUND:
In support of the National Reintegration of Overseas Filipinos and their immediate families into the country-s tourism value chain, the Department of Tourism - Office of Human Capital Development will participate in the Rome leg of the Bagong Bayani ng Mundo - OFW Serbisyo Caravan, a one-stop-shop initiative aimed at bringing government services and programs closer to our Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), on October 11-12, 2025 in Rome, Italy.
