St. Alphe Education Conference is an annual conference that gathers officials and representatives from Global Alliance of Education and Language Associations (GAELA) and the Federation of Language and Education Consultant Associations (FELCA).

GAELA is composed of language schools accredited by international professional federations or associations. Its members include the British Council, English UK, Quality English, English USA, English Australia, English South Africa, and English Malaysia. English Philippines, the umbrella association of the country, was accredited as a GAELA member in 2028. Moreover, FELCA is an international alliance composed of 700 study abroad agencies from Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Germany, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Mexico, Russia, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand and Türkiye.
