The COTABATO FOUNDATION COLLEGE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Sixteen Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (916,850.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF INTERN PROFILER TEST (QUESTIONNAIRES AND ANSWER SHEETS). Bids received in excess of the total ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
