Description : Procurement of Interactive TV in support to the NDRRMC Inter-Agency Coordinating Cell (IACC) requirements

Interactive Television (65") with Mobile Cart
- (please see attached detailed Technical Specifications) -

After Sales Support:
• With 8 hours x 5 days (Office Hours) onsite technical support, when needed
• Within seven (7) days outright replacement for the defective equipment
• Must have an Authorized Service Center within Metro Manila

Warranty:
• The Supplier shall provide a minimum warranty of one (1) year from the date of delivery and final acceptance by the Procuring Entity. This warranty shall cover both parts and labor, and shall ensure that the equipment is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If any covered defect is found, the supplier will repair or replace the item within seven (7) calendar days after being notified.
• The obligation for the warranty will be covered by either retention money or a special bank guarantee equivalent to at least five percent (5%) of the total contract price.
