PROCUREMENT OF INTEGRATED FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (IFMIS) FOR PEA TOLLWAY CORPORATION

1. The PEA Tollway Corporation (PEATC) through its Corporate Operating Budget (COB) CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos (PHP 10,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of CY 2025, to payments under the procurement of Integrated Financial Management Information System for the PEATC, with project identification number PEATC-BAC-FIN-2025-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically REJECTED at bid opening.

2. The PEATC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Two Hundred Forty (240) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed at least eight (8) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
