Description : I. REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Procurement of Insurance Services for the Undergraduate College Students of PNU Visayas for A.Y. 2025-2026

1. The Philippine Normal University Visayas through the funding of the Government of the Philippines intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Five Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos only (105,900.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PNU-VIS - GD 2025-08-028. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the Opening of Proposals.

2. The Philippine Normal University Visayas now invites Bidders/Suppliers to submit eligibility requirements and quotations for the Procurement of Insurance Services for the Undergraduate College Students of PNU Visayas for A.Y. 2025-2026. The mode of procurement is Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement.
