Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
Procurement, Installation, Upgrading and Commissioning of Smart Traffic Management System

1. The City Government of San Fernando, La Union, through the General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Five Hundred Eighty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Four Pesos and Fifty One Centavos (P 8,589,754.51), being the ABC to payments under the contract for Project Identification Number: PB-25-029. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of San Fernando, La Union now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Three Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
