Description : Invitation to Bid for the Procurement of Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Access Point and Fiber Optic at the New Academic Building and New Dormitory

1. The National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP), through the General Appropriations Act FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of THIRTEEN MILLION ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE THOUSAND ONLY (Php 13,151,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Access Point and Fiber Optic at the New Academic Building and New Dormitory with Project Identification No.: NDCP-ITB-002-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The NDCP now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The project Delivery of the Goods is required within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days for the receipt by the winning supplier. Bidders should have completed, within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
