1. The Municipality of Montevista, Davao de Oro Province, through its
20% Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum Two Million Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty One Pesos.(Php2,499,981.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the supply of Installation of Solar Street Lights with Panel along Center Island Maharlika Road at P-8 San Jose Montevista Davao de Oro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
