Procurement for Installation of Solar Powered Led Lights in the Municipality
The Municipality of Banaybanay, through its 2024 Annual Budget, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos Only (Php 2,000,000.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Procurement for Installation of Solar Powered Led Lights in the Municipality (Solicitation Number: INFRA-7-2025-001). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
Delivery of the Supplies shall be required within One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders must have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar in nature and complexity to the Project.
