The Barangay Tomana West, Rosales, Pangasinan through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 800,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement & Installation of 16KW Grid-Tied Solar System with Net Metering at the covered court of Barangay Tomana West, Rosales, Pangasinan / 05A-011-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

1. The Barangay Tomana West, Rosales, Pangasinan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required by Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
