3. PRICE VALIDITY SHALL BE FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS.
4.. G-EPS REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE SHALL BE ATTACHED UPON SUBMISSION OF THE QUOTATION.
5. BASIS FOR IDENTIFYING THE LOWEST BID IS THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF ALL THE ITEMS.
6. AT LEAST 50% OF THE ITEMS SHALL BE AVAILABLE DURING THE POST QUALIFICATION OF THE WINNING BIDDER.
