1. The Municipality of Baganga through the General Fund for FY 2025 MDRRM Fund 2025, intends to apply the sum of One Million pesos only (₱1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Procurement of Infrastructure- Rehabilitation of Municipal Gymnasium, Brgy. Central, Baganga, Davao Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of BAGANGA now invites bids for the following scope of works:

• Removal of Structures
• Formworks and Scaffoldings
• Ceiling Works
• Project Billboards

3. Completion of the Works is required within 45 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last Ten (10) years, a contract similar to the Project.
