Procurement of Infrastructure Projects for Improvement of Creek

1. The Barangay Government of Omawas, Maydolong, Eastern Samar, through the 2023 Saving & Balances, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand (PhP 135,000.00) Pesos Only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Creek at Brgy Omawas. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Government of Brgy. Omawas, Maydolong, Eastern Samar now invites bids for the Construction of Drainage Canal. Completion of the Works is required within 28 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II, Instruction to Bidders.
