1. The Municipal Government of Maydolong, Eastern Samar, through the 2025 Municipal Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of Five Million Two Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Eighty Pesos & 19/100 Only (PhP 5,299,080.19), MEO-085-25 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Implementation of Municipal Development Projects III: Improvement of Maydolong, & Brgy. Guindalitan Water System, Rehabilitation of MCES & Brgy. San Gabriel Health Center & Installation of Solar St. Light at Brgy. 06. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
