1. The Municipal Government of Maydolong, Eastern Samar, through the 2025 Municipal Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of Five Million One Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos & 02/100 Only (PhP 5,199,699.02), MEO-020-25 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Implementation of Municipal Development Projects 1: Memorial Park Development Project (Phase II), Mun. Road Improvement Project at Ditalo St. Brgy 05, Brgy. Road Improvement Project at Brgy. Campakirit, Construction of Student Gazebo, Construction of Brgy. Pathway at Brgy. Del Pilar & Improvement of Lapgap High School Pathway). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
