Invitation to Bid for Procurement of Infrastructure Project for the Construction of 2 Units Solar Dryer

1. The BLGU of Barangay San Toribio, through the Government of the Philippines General Appropriation Act of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand Six Hundred Nine Pesos Only (Php 2,756,609.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of 2 Units Solar Dryer and Project Identification Number 2025110036. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BLGU of Barangay San Toribio now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Ninety-Eight (98) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
