1. The Governor Celestino Gallares Memorial Medical Center, through the Hospital Income 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Six Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos Only (PhP6,600,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Infrastructure Project: Revamp of FDAS in the Surgical Building, Installation of New FDAS in the Main Building and Interconnection of all FDAS panels under IB#2025-04-010.
