Description : A.SCOPE OF WORKS
The works covered under this project include:
1.Mobilization
2.Dismantling of main and secondary steel sliding gates including the replacement of worn-out roller bearing, roller guides and support.
3.Repair and repainting of the damaged main and secondary steel sliding gates, and provision of two (2) pedestrian doors at the secondary screen sliding gates. Refer to plans and drawing details on sheet no. A/6.
4.Installation of aluminum expanded wire mesh with a aluminum frame on the secondary steel sliding gates, including the pedestrian doors.
5.Installation of aluminum expanded wire mesh with an aluminum frame on the inner and outer sides of the concrete louvers and continuous ridge vent.
6.Replacement of all roofing sheets in the warehouse, including the installation of skylight roofing sheets. Refer to plans and drawing details on sheet no. A/4.
7.Replacement of the entire insulation with double bubble, double foil roof insulation.
