PROCUREMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT FOR THE REHABILITATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM AFFECTED BY THE TYPHOONS QUINTA, ROLLY, AND ULYSSES IN PANDAN WATER DISTRICT

1. The PANDAN WATER DISTRICT (PAWAD) through the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Funds (NDRRMF) FY 2021 GAA per SARO No. BMB-C-21-009808, intends to apply the sum of Three Million One Hundred Eighteen Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Two Pesos (PhP3,118,252.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation of Water Supply System for PANDAN Water District (Rehabilitation and Construction of the Water Supply System Affected by the Typhoons Quinta, Rolly, and Ulysses in Pandan Water District) with PR Number 2025-008-014 dated August 18, 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
