Invitation to Bid for [Painting of Municipal Plaza & Stage]

1. The [LGU-San Antonio], through the [GENERAL FUND 2025] intends to apply the sum of [ONE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED PESOS & 67/100 ONLY (Php 160,300.67] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for [Painting of Municipal Plaza & Stage- PR#25-06-004]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
