Invitation to Bid for [MAINTENANCE OF EVACUATION CENTER]

1. The [LGU-San Antonio], through the [GENERAL FUND 2025] intends to apply the sum of [ (Php 1,000,000.00] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for [IMPROVEMENT OF EVACUATION CENTER- PR#25-11-08]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
