1.The Local Government Unit of Baganga through the General Fund for FY 2025 (Locally Funded MCPC 2025 Account Code: 3000-3-02-005-001-011 Support to Municipal Council for the Protection of Children (MCPC) and Drop-In/Crisis Center, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Thousand Pesos (₱2,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Infrastructure-Enhancement of Drop-In Center and MSWD Office, Municipal Compound, Baganga, Davao Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
