1. The Local Government Unit of Baganga through the General Fund for FY 2025 (20 % Local Government Development Fund C.Y. 2025, intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Procurement of Infrastructure-Aid to 18 Barangays (Development of Barangay Site, Brgy. Bobonao, Baganga, Davao Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-BAGANGA now invites bids for the following scope of works:
