(a) Supply and Delivery
- Provide a CCTV Surveillance System with Eight (8)-Channel NVR and Five (5) Done Cameras.
- Deliver units to the designated office at DAR Regional Office VII.

(b) Installation and Activation
- Service Region: Must be active and available in the Philippines or the designated project location.

(c) Testing and Verification
- Verify the full functionality of the delivered hardware.
- Submit testing documentation and secure user acceptance.

(d) Documentation and Orientation
- Provide software licenses if applicable, user guides, and documentation of installation and configuration settings.
- Conduct a brief orientation for DAR IT personnel on system monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and software management.
