(a) Supply and Delivery
- Provide brand-new, branded laptop computers compliant with DAR-s technical requirements.
- Deliver units to the designated office at the DAR Regional Office VII.

(b) Installation and Configuration
- Install operating systems, office productivity tools, and security software.
- Configure network access, user accounts, and device settings based on DAR requirements.

(c) Testing and Acceptance
- Conduct functionality and performance testing for each unit on-site.
- Submit test results and secure end-user acceptance.

(d) Documentation and User Orientation
