Description : The Commission on Audit (COA), through the COA General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (₱1,120,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Information and Communications Technology Equipment - Quantity Take-Off and Estimating Software for Building Construction, for use in various sectors and offices within the COA Central Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

COA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the calendar days stated in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) upon Supplier-s receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years (July 2022 to July 2025) prior to the deadline for the submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. For this purpose, similar contracts shall refer to Quantity Take-Off and Estimating Software for Building Construction.
