Description : I. Project Description
The Department of Tourism (DOT) Region V is mandated to encourage, promote, and develop tourism as a major socio-economic driver in the Bicol Region. Fulfilling this mandate, ranging from accrediting tourism enterprises to marketing the region-s diverse destinations, relies heavily on Information and Communication Technology (ICT), which serves as the backbone of the Office-s daily operations. As the tourism sector continues its shift toward a digital-first environment, the need for real-time data processing, digital content creation, and seamless connectivity with Local Government Units (LGUs) and tourism stakeholders has grown significantly.

Today, the Office faces a dual necessity for technological advancement:
