Description : PROCUREMENT OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT FOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT COMPUTER LABORATORY
1. The J. H. Cerilles State College, through the STF (Fund 164) intends to apply the sum of
TWO MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY PHP 2,750,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract FOR PROCUREMENT OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT FOR COMPUTER SYSTEM SERVICING LABORATORY, Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bidopening.

2. The J. H. Cerilles State College now invites PhilGEPS registered and eligible bidders bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is 45 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within FIVE (5) years from the date of the deadline of submission of bids, a SINGLE LARGEST COMPLETED CONTRACT similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
