MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMUNGAJAN

INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF INDUSTRIAL MACHINERIES AND MATERIALS FOR CANDLE MAKING AND SOAP MAKING PROJECT

1. The MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMUNGAJAN, through the TRUST FUND (DOST) intends to apply the sum TWO MILLION FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE THOUSAND SIXTY PESOS (PHP 2,465,060.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF INDUSTRIAL MACHINERIES AND MATERIALS FOR CANDLE MAKING AND SOAP MAKING PROJECT (GOODS 2510-049). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMUNGAJAN now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF INDUSTRIAL MACHINERIES AND MATERIALS FOR CANDLE MAKING AND SOAP MAKING PROJECT. Delivery of the Goods is required by within 60 CDs from receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
