Description : Scope of Work
The primary purpose of the Consultant-s engagement is to update and repackage the Project Implementation Manual (PIM) of the RAPID Growth Project to reflect recent project developments, official issuances, and practical implementation learnings since 2020. The Consultant shall ensure that all revised sections of the PIM are consistent in structure, language, and guiding principles, and are aligned with national policies, project-specific guidelines, and the RAPID Growth Project-s overall framework and logical model.

Detailed Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Ensure Consistency Across PIM Components
Review and revise each section of the PIM to guarantee consistency in formatting, terminology, policy references, and implementation protocols across all components. The Consultant shall ensure internal coherence and logical alignment throughout the manual.
