Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF INCLUSIVE LEARNING RESOURCE CENTERS ASSISTIVE DEVICES, EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS
The Department of Education Schools Division of Ormoc City, through the FY 2024 Government Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Two Million four Hundred Thirty-five Thousand Eighty Hundred Seventy Pesos Only (PhP2,435,870.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Inclusive Learning Resource Centers Assistive Devices, Equipment, Supplies and Materials under Sub-ARO No. OSEC-8-24-5125 with Contract ID No. PR-25-03-03-068 ILRC.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
