Description : 1. The Department of Education, Schools Division of Passi City, through the Government of the Philippines FY 2025 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY-TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED PESOS (PHP 5,672,900.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF IMPLEMENTATION OF SCHOOL-BASED FEEDING PROGRAM (SBFP) SY 2025-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
