Description : The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Regional Office VIII - Tacloban, through its Regional Bids and Awards Committee (RBAC), invites qualified suppliers to submit their quotations under Small Value Procurement, for the Procurement of ICT Hardware Components, Network Devices, and Power Protection Equipment for PRC Regional Office VIII- Tacloban. Attached is the Request for Quotation (RFQ) relative to said procurement.

The quotation must be received by the RBAC Secretariat not later than December 15, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. The opening and evaluation of quotations will be on December 15, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Conference Room of PRC RO VIII, 2nd Floor - LVD Law Bldg., Avenida Veteranos, Tacloban City

Evaluation shall be on a line-item basis.

The RBAC reserves the rights to reject any and all bid/s submitted which is/are not in accordance with the specification and those submitted after the deadline.
