    Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ICT EQUIPMENT FOR THE USE OF SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OFFICE DURING REGULAR AND SPECIAL SESSIONS

    1. The Municipality of Agoo, La Union intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED FORTY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT PESOS (Php949,988.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of ICT Equipment for the Use of Sangguniang Bayan Office During Regular and Special Sessions/GDS2025-0826. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

    2. The Municipality of Agoo, La Union now invites bids for the Procurement of ICT Equipment for the Use of Sangguniang Bayan Office During Regular and Special Sessions. Delivery of the Goods required is twenty (20) calendar days upon Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
