PENRO CEBU

INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT ICT EQUIPMENT (LAPTOP, BIOMETRIC, SCANNER, PRINTER AND MOBILE PHONES)

1. The DENR PENRO Cebu, through the TSPS RIA 2024 intends to apply the sum of P1,165,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract Procurement of ICT equipment (laptops, biometric, scanner, printer and mobile phones/P-05-2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PENRO Cebu BAC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required to be accomplished within sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
