PROCUREMENT OF ICT EQUIPMENT FOR INCLUSIVE LEARNING RESOURCE CENTER

1. The Department of Education (DepED) DIVISION OF SULTAN KUDARAT, through the CY 2024 Government Appropriations Act (GAA), intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Eight Pesos and Forty-Six Centavos (P1,688,978.46), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to eligible payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF ICT EQUIPMENT FOR INCLUSIVE LEARNING RESOURCE CENTER UNDER REPUBLIC ACT 11975 -FY 2024 GAA. Bids received that exceed the ABC shall be rejected at bid opening.
