Description : 1. The Department of the Interior and Local Government Regional Office 2 (DILG R2), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2025 (RA 12116) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Two Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand Forty Seven Pesos (Php4,277,047.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of ICT Equipment, ICT Software and ICT Software Subscription (Lot 1) with Project Identification Number 2025-05-151. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DILG R2 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within sixty (60) days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
